At Briarwood Stud, we choose mares that are graded into the most prestigious studbooks such as The British Hanoverian Horse Society, Warmblood Breeders Studbook (UK) and KWPN, and some have received State Premium or Elite Status.

We also only use mares with exceptional temperaments in our breeding programme. At Briarwood Stud, we are not prepared to sacrifice temperament for talent. Our mares produce youngsters suitable for ambitious amateurs and professionals alike.
